Superfine is a thickness measurement of 15 -21 microns.

Some scarves are also created in an open weave which makes them even lighter, making them seem like silk.

Wool is a unique and versatile fibre that can be warming in winter and cooling in summer. The complex cellular structure of wool also enables it to absorb moisture vapour but repel liquid.

Wool can vary in thickness, or microns, from superfine (15 -21 microns) to create things like lightweight scarves right up to coarse and durable carpets depending on micron thickness.

All images on this website have been colour corrected to match as closely as possible to the actual scarf.

Yes, we do ship overseas to a wide range of countries. All countries that we ship to are listed in the country address field of the checkout. 

When we ship internationally the Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax) is removed from all items, however you may be required to pay import duty or sales tax which are set by customs of the country where you are shipping to. 

  • The shipping charge for New Zealand is a flat rate of $8.95AUD
  • The shipping charge for all other overseas countries is a flat rate of $25AUD
  • Shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days once shipped.

Orders will be packed and shipped via Australia Post the next weekday.

Orders from outside Australia will be sent via Australia Post’s International Service.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation email once your scarf has been despatched.

Yes, you can enter delivery instructions for Australia Post at step 2 of our checkout. These instructions will be printed on your postage label for the postie to read.

For example – ‘please leave at the front door if no-one is home’.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us via email at and we will start investigating immediately for you.

Your tracking number is located in an email that we email to you the morning after your parcel has been sent.

To track your parcel, click on the link provided in the email. This will take you to the Australia Post website were you will be able to see your tracking history while the parcel is in transit and will allow you to see when it is due for delivery. You may also receive an email from Australia Post which will also update you on the progress of your parcel.

We personally check our stock and package them carefully. We certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us!

You can return your scarf within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Of course, if your scarf is faulty, we will issue a refund.

When returning an item, we obviously ask that the scarf has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting.

Please email us with your request and we will send you the address for return.

You can choose for your return to be processed as an exchange or a credit note.

A credit note is when your refund amount is saved onto a voucher that you can use at your leisure in the following 12 months.
